SPIRAL PEPPERONI PIZZA BAKE


1 pk (16 oz ) spiral pasta
2 lbs ground beef
1 large onion chopped
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
30 oz pizza sauce
½ tsp garlic salt
½ tsp Italian seasoning
2 eggs
2 c milk
½ c shredded parmesan cheese
16 ox shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
3 ½ oz pepperoni chopped

Cooking Directions:
* Brown ground beef, drain.
* Cook pasta as box directs
* Stir sauces & seasonings in with cooked beef. 
* In a seprate bowl combine eggs, milk, and Parmesan cheese then toss with pasta. 
* Transfer to a greased 8x8 baking dish.
* Top pasta with beef mixture, then layer mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. 

Freezing Directions:
* Cool and cover with plastic wrap, then foil. Freeze up to 3 months.

Reheating Directions:
* Remove plastic wrap and recover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Then uncover and bake 20-25 minutes longer, or until golden brown.

* Serves 6
