* This is adapted from Table for Two's Fake-Out Take-Out
- 1.5 lb. boneless, beef chuck roast, sliced into thin strips
- 1.5 c beef consumme or beef broth
- 3/4 c low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 c dark brown sugar
- 1.5 T sesame oil
- 1.5 T minced garlic
- 3 T cornstarch
- 1/4 c sauce (from the crockpot after dish is cooked)
- 3 c Frozen broccoli florets
Freezing Directions:
* Dump broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and garlic into a gallon freezer bag.
* add beef strips and mix with hands.
* seal bag and freeze
** HINT ** I have a small crockpot, so I like to freeze this meal in a bowl so that it'll keep a shape that will later easily slide into my crockpot without having to thaw it first **

Reheating Directions:
* Dump this straight from the freezer into your crockpot
* cook on low for 4-6 hours.
* 30 min before serving, mix 1/4c sauce with 3T cornstarch and stir that mixture into the crockpot to help thicken the sauce. Add broccoli at this point, too.
* serve over cooked white rice
