TACO SOUP

1lb ground beef 
1/2 onion 
2 regular cans of pinto beans (or 1 large can) 
1 can of corn 
1 can of zesty tomatoes (with green chilies) 
1 package of dry seasoning 
1 package of ranch dressing seasoning 


Cooking Directions:
* Cook ground beef and chopped onion together. Drain grease. 
* Add rest of ingredients (don't drain cans). 
* Let simmer for 25 minutes. Simmer for less time if freezing. 


Freezing Directions:
* Simmer for just 15-20 minutes
* Cool and freeze in gallon bag.


Reheating Directions:
* Thaw soup overnight in fridge. Add water or broth until you get the desired consistency. 
* Simmer to warm through. 
* Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, black olives and tortilla chips.


* Serves 6-8
